Web analytics

Our website utilizes features of the web analytics software Matomo. For this purpose, non-personally identifiable information data are used, allowing an analysis of website usage by its users. The resulting information is transmitted to our servers and stored there.
The stored data are completely anonymized, non-attributable, and only relate to a short time frame (one session/usage of the site; visitor not recognized the next time). Therefore, these data are not personally identifiable and do not fall under the scope of the GDPR.
User data are retained indefinitely.
